Class Description
This slow-flow class invites you to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance while simultaneously drawing attention inward. Effectively working all parts of the body while quieting the mind. The pace is more meditative, with an emphasis on grounding, presence, and a feeling of calm in both body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. Develop greater clarity and awareness, manage stress, and maintain balance in your life. Suited to all bodies at all levels of practice.
